The awoken can never return to their restful slumber; time after time, for fear that the forest will fall apart, and the sorrowful tears of the birds bidding a reluctant farewell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Till the land slept through its fatigue, he peered at the disaster surrounding him, praying for the remote possibility of dreams. Imagine what it would be like if I could one day meet death in my dream? At the near-perfect rehearsal before the show, the actor savours his stage performance; with eyes closed, never waking up again, before everyone else awakens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The notion of a deep sleep triggered memory of Yuri&#8217;s dance piece Sleepless Beauty choreographed in Kobe 20 years ago, in response to the traumatic earthquake.
