The notion of a deep sleep triggered memory of Yuri’s dance piece Sleepless Beauty choreographed in Kobe 20 years ago, in response to the traumatic earthquake. In another time and space after all these years, Yuri recalls this connection unconsciously to a meditative state of awaken path, relating to the youth’s energy and their disorientated present.
